The State Library of Queensland redevelopment included a new auditorium, indigenous knowledge centre, indemnified gallery and other high-tech, completely refurbished and expanded facilities. The primary focus and innovation of engineering services for this particular project was to provide well-concealed building services solutions, which are sympathetic with a relaxed architectural style. Maximum reuse of existing building infrastructure resulted in substantial cost and sustainability benefits for the client.
